The heart and soul of our company

Meet the people behind The Rocksalt Group and find out more about our story

Behind our success is a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making every guest feel special when dining across The Rocksalt Group.

Our staff are the heart and soul of our company, embodying our core values of hospitality, integrity and innovation.

Rocksalt first opened its doors in 2011, with the idea that Folkestone needed a decent restaurant to work as a magnet to draw people to the harbour area. Fast forward to today and we are now a group of 7 award winning venues across East Kent, ranging from our flagship restaurant at Rocksalt to our group of Pickled Egg Pubs and beachside venues in Folkestone Harbour.
